Aromatherapy for better sleep: Tip of the Day 8-1-22

Winding down at night may not always come easily, especially when the next day comes with a full list of tasks. When your racing mind works against you getting a good night’s rest, experts say aromatherapy could help you get the Zzz’s you need.

Diffusing these oils is a great way to disperse them into the air. But if you don’t have a diffuser, this cotton ball hack does the trick.
