Choose broad spectrum sunscreen: Tip of the Day 5-12-22
Any ol’ sunscreen won’t do if you‘re conscious about the health of your skin. Experts say for the best protection, always choose broad spectrum.

Experts warn that even with a high SPF (sun protection factor), if a sunscreen isn't broad spectrum, you won't be protected from all UVA rays. Although sunburns are no fun, of the two rays, UVA rays are the most dangerous because of the posing threat of skin cancer.
Dermatologists recommend wearing broad spectrum protection every day, even on cloudy days. This will help to keep skin healthy and avoid premature aging like fines lines, wrinkles and sunspots. This also helps protect from some cancers.
If you only choose one skincare product, make sure it’s a broad spectrum sunscreen with at least a 30 SPF.
