Dry brushing boosts circulation, aids with lymphatic drainage (removal of toxins), exfoliates and plumps skin.

1. Make sure your skin is completely dry.

2. Starting at your ankle, move your brush over your skin in long, circular motions that go in the direction of your heart.

3. Maintain a slightly firm pressure as you dry brush.

Shower after dry brushing. Drink plenty of water to help flush toxins.

Dry brush 1-2 times a week. Wash your brush with baby shampoo at least twice a month to get rid of dead skin buildup.
